Chegaram na fatura do meu cartão duas cobranças de U$29,06 e U$1,10. Não realizei essas compras com vocês e não reconheço o site de vocês. Não sei como vocês obtiveram meus dados do cartão, e o meu banco não quer resolver a situação. Espero que vocês consigam resolver isso rapidamente, caso contrário, terei que tomar medidas jurídicas. Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Please note that we do not issue refunds for partial or monthly fees as per point 14 of the Terms and Conditions, which were agreed to upon signup. You can review the full terms here: s:finda.net/terms Additionally, the price increase after the 24-hour trial is clearly outlined on our homepage and in the Terms and Conditions. If the subscription is not canceled within the trial period, it is automatically renewed to a monthly fee. That being said, we would be happy to assist you with canceling your subscription to prevent any further charges from being incurred at the next renewal. Therefore , we will proceed with the cancellation , we confirm that your account has been successfully closed and all of your information has been deleted. Hello, Thank you for your response. However, I would like to reiterate that I do not recognize this purchase and have never signed up for your service. I have no idea how my card details were obtained, as I have never authorized or provided them to your platform. While I appreciate your offer to cancel the subscription, I expect a full refund for the unauthorized charges, as I did not agree to any trial or subscription terms. Please resolve this matter promptly, as I would prefer not to escalate the issue to denuncias@state.gov. Best regards,

Hello, Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that I never signed up for your service, nor did I agree to any Terms and Conditions. As such, I do not recognize or accept any reference to "point 14" or any other conditions mentioned. I also did not authorize the use of my card details for any trial or subscription. While I appreciate your willingness to cancel the subscription, I expect a full refund for the unauthorized charges, as I have never knowingly engaged with your service. Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter with the relevant authorities, including denuncias@state.gov, to recover the unauthorized charges. I would like to inform everyone reading this that, after multiple attempts to contact the company, they have not responded to my inquiries regarding unauthorized charges. This has made it difficult to resolve the issue and highlights a lack of transparency and commitment to customers. If anyone else experiences a similar situation, I strongly recommend considering legal action to ensure your rights are protected and to obtain an appropriate response.
