Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that I never signed up for your service, nor did I agree to any Terms and Conditions. As such, I do not recognize or accept any reference to "point 14" or any other conditions mentioned. I also did not authorize the use of my card details for any trial or subscription.
While I appreciate your willingness to cancel the subscription, I expect a full refund for the unauthorized charges, as I have never knowingly engaged with your service. Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter with the relevant authorities, including denuncias@state.gov, to recover the unauthorized charges.
Please confirm the refund at your earliest convenience.
