I ordered the service from Dr.online.pt website, medical check up for exchanging a foreign driver's licence.bon 14 October 2024. I was told that iit would be done in 15 minutes and was told to pay 35 euros and I did. However after I paid, one of the staff told me that the service could not be delivered because there was a problem with IMT system or a cyber attack. I asked for the refund but the company has not replied and never give methe refund.
